About
Since its founding in 1919, Foree Oil Company has been an aggressive finder and developer of oil and gas.
The Foree companies have participated in the discovery and/or development of several multi-million barrel (and at least two multi-billion barrel) oil and gas fields. These fields are located throughout several of the most prominent geologic basins/provinces in the USA. These companies have utilized “state of the art” exploration, drilling and completion methods that have enabled the companies to establish an outstanding success rate during the last seventy years. The Forees and associated companies have been involved in the drilling and development of oil and gas reserves in Texas, Kansas, Utah, Colorado, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, North Dakota, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Ohio. The Foree companies have also participated in exploration projects in Canada and Portugal. Extensive mineral holdings acquired over the years have resulted in additional ownership in production in Oklahoma, Kansas and Arkansas, New Mexico and North Dakota.
